Made the appointment, got a time that was convenient, I was waiting for the vehicle and they were ready for me. Got me in and out with no issues. Very good as always!

Didnt seem customer friendly, Didn't seem to real care. Also didn't explain anything
Hassle-free, as usual. Repair costs are kind of high, but I trust this dealership with my car moreso than I'd trust a non-GM certified shop.
Everyone was very friendly including those walking by as we were waiting. Service was quick and everything worked perfectly.
I called Richardson after my local dealer told me it would be at least three weeks for a recall fix, they got me in just a few days and took care of my recall
I called this dealership for a recall fix and was taken in just a few days and issue resolved. I tried a local dealer to me and was told it would be 3 or more weeks. Richardson was amazing. Always kind and helpful
