We are grateful for the attempted service that was done on our vehicle. However, the outcome was far from satisfactory. Neither one of us feels safe driving a car that has a Cruise Control that suddenly shuts off without any warning!!! It is a very frightening experience. It would have been nice if you would check the air filter when doing an oil change. My wife left your dealership and ran some errands, the check engine light came on and when I checked the code after I got home it said Air Fuel mixture. I pulled the air filter out and the air box was completely clogged with leaves.
They were all great! If Will thought someone with more experience could get us a better deal or was more knowledgeable to answer questions he did not hesitate to get them involved.

Total disappointment; no effort to truly diagnose the root cause of the issue. It was the equivalent of coming in with a flat tire and they add air with no repair….”if it happens again, just bring it back”.

Go somewhere else for a used vehicle. The engine and vsc lights lit up the dashboard on the 2004 Toyota Highlander. I asked the salesman and sales managerf if it was a costly repair job. I was told no, just keep oil and gas in her. She could run to 600,000 miles.

Encountered zero problems with this dealership. Did most of the deal over the phone and nothing changed while I was finishing the deal at the dealership. Very satisfied. L'Dean was the salesperson I dealt with and he did a good job.
The quality of this GMC is terrible. The employees are great but just want you to accept the conditions. You can't tell me its normal not to be able to see clearly out of your windshield and with less than 500 miles you should have 18 paint chips from normal driving, had more than the jeep I traded. I wish I never bought this truck. Again the dealership is great but GMC quality SUCKS and now I am stuck with it.
