I have been loyal to Richardson Ford for my last three vehicles and all my oil changes. I live in Au Gres and work in Bay County a half day on Wednesdays, so I make my oil change appointments for 1pm on Wednesdays. Unfortunately, I arrived 10 minutes early, 12:50 pm BUT had to wait 2 hours for my oil change to be done!! I kept checking on how much longer and was finally told they had a lift breakdown.
