Came in for them to put in a remote car starter. They gave me a time frame of 1-1.5 hrs. I ended up being there for 3. After I came to them, they explained what was happening. If I knew it was going to be that long, I would have got dropped off, or asked for a car to borrow. This was my first trip to this service center, so I can't compare. I will give them another try though. The facility and waiting room are nice though.

We've been going to Richardson Ford for the last 20 years. Even though it's a 40 mile drive we go because the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Their work is always perfect and their price is very fair. But most of all we trust them because they never perform work that isn't necessary. They are honest and trustworthy.

Dependable, courteous service. They were extremely busy when you stopped on, at 7:3O am, because my low tire light was on. They had me wait in their customer lounge, while they checked my tires. I saw how busy everyone was, yet they made me feel like I was the center of their day. This 80 year old woman is grateful to have them in my hometown.

I brought my truck in twice for the same problem. This time I requested a loaner vehicle as they stated that they would need it for a couple days. I showed up to my appointment and went over everything that was wrong and that needed fixed. Asked about the loaner and they said there wasn’t one available that nobody ever said one was needed. Their website showed a truck I was interested in, unfortunately it sold before I got there that day. Heath found me the same truck at another location. A few hours later I was driving home the truck I wanted. Heath was awesome to work with. I definitely plan on going back for my next truck.

Engine light came on. Stopped by without an appointment. They diagnosed the issue. Set up a time and day to fix, told I could still drive vehicle with no issues. Came back welcomed and rechecked the issue and no added problems. Said one hour to fix and true to word it was done. Given paperwork and thanked for allowing them to take care of my XT5. If any other things come up to please don't hesitate to contact them. Service with friendliness and good communications set them above others I've dealt with.

Really no service after the sale. I normally don’t write reviews but I made an exception. I recently purchased a like new used ford maverick with low miles. It was almost exactly what I was searching for so I did not negotiate the price as I thought it was a good value as long as everything worked as it should. Friendly and courteous staff. When the problem with my pickup was found I was called and informed of that and the price of the repair up front.
For too long I used the quick oil change place. Then I went to Richardson's in Gladwin. The people and the service was amazing and the price was about the same as the other place. So much more for no extra money!! They had a driver to take me to work when I dropped my truck off, and when I wasn't able to get back to pick it up, the brought my truck to me. I'll never again take the quick route. From now on, all my oil changes will be done at Richardson's.
They installed my hard tonnoua cover as well as my remote start. No complaints,so far!

I have NEVER received better service from any service center. I moved up here 2 1/2 years ago and needed help with my Jeep. They came through for me. Since then they have been my go to for my Jeep needs. When they give you a quote they stand behind it. I highly recommend them for your vehicle needs without a doubt.
Went in for an oil change and the person in the service department showed me that I had enough Ford points to cover a big portion of a repair on my vehicle in the near future.

I was without my vehicle for 2 weeks but wasn't offered a loaner vehicle (this would've been nice) When completed, Nicole had my vehicle delivered to my home (greatly appreciated)
